The tournament format is Three Game Guarantee (3GG). Every team will play two pool play games on Saturday and then advance to the six-team single elimination tournament on Sunday.

Seeding for the single-elimination tournament will be based off record first. In the event of a tie, the tiebreakers, in order, are (1) head to head if between 2 teams who played against each other, (2) runs allowed, (3) run differential, and (4) a coinflip. 

Time/Mercy Rules

• In pool play games, no new inning will be started after 1 hour 30 minutes.  
• For single elimination games, no new inning will be started after 1 hour 45 minutes.
• There will be no time limit for the championship game.  
• Mercy rules will be in effect for all games, including the championship: 15 runs after 3 innings, 12 runs after 4 innings, and 10 runs after 5 innings.
• Game times and time limits may be adjusted due to weather and field conditions.
• Teams must be ready to play 15 minutes prior to game time.

Roster Rules

• Pitchers may not throw more than 75 pitches total in the weekend.  If they throw more than 35 pitches on Saturday, they will not be allowed to pitch on Sunday. Pitchers are allowed to finish the batter they start before the pitch count limits are reached. For example, if a pitcher starts a batter at their 34th pitch, they can finish the batter and still be allowed to pitch the next day. They are also allowed to start a batter at 74 pitches and finish the batter.  
• Teams must bat their entire lineup.
• In the event of a mid game injury, teams may remove a player from the lineup without taking an out.

Game Rules

• There will be no infield fly.
• There will be no dropped 3rd Strike.
• Bunting is allowed.
• The ball must cross home plate before a runner is allowed to steal or vacate the base. 
• Stealing home is allowed.
• Runners must make an attempt to slide if there is a play at any base other than 1st base.  It will be up to the umpire’s discretion to determine if a player posed a safety risk and can be called out.
• There will be no balks, but the umpire can and should call time and allow the batter to reset if the balk is excessive.
• If not listed above, the umpire will have the final say on any rule interpretation.
