The 2025–2026 Pioneer 8U Legends are guided by a seasoned, dedicated staff,  committed to developing each athlete’s full potential both on and off the field and believing, above all else, that a strong foundation built on fundamental training and attention to detail is what propels young athletes to perform at their best. At this stage of development, focus and attitude are just as important as physical skill, and each player is held to a high standard in both areas.

During the season, we will compete locally in the Northern Virginia Travel Baseball League and attend multiple tournaments in a variety of regional locations. Additionally, players participate in structured winter workouts as well as strength and agility sessions in the fall and spring.

We will remain intentional and focused on developing not only great players, but great teammates and leaders — both on and off the field.
