The Pioneer Legends 11U Green team is a developmental team designed to provide challenges not seen in house ball and to introduce up-and-coming talent to the world of travel baseball. Our goal is to build well-rounded ball players. While we are now starting to define positions (infield vs. outfield, for example), players will not remain static in their positions and will have 2 to 3 positions they rotate between.

At Pioneer Legends, we understand that every player is unique. Some may excel at pitching, while others may shine in the outfield. We focus on consistently evaluating each player’s growth, rewarding those who show a good attitude, put in effort, and are committed to developing their skills in both practices and games.

Focused on conditioning, agility, and skill development, the 11U Green team is a Northern Virginia Travel Ball League (NVTBL) member during the Spring, playing other 11U AA travel teams in the Mid-Atlantic region. We developed the Fall 2024 schedule to focus on playing similar skill-level teams with a focus on development.
